APW Property was founded by expats, for expats; building upon over 30 years of experience in property.
Having personally navigated the UK property market from abroad, we gained first-hand experience of the challenges our customers were facing and spent years developing a network of reliable, knowledgeable experts in tax, mortgages and the like, who we knew had the right skills and global experience to best serve expat clients.
With a lively, twenty-plus strong team based at our Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur and in offices across Asia and the Middle East, we’re never too far away when our clients need us.

With a combined experience of over 30 years in UK property and a 20+ strong global team, we’re dedicated to providing you with expert guidance and support, wherever and whenever you need it.
Stuart Williamson, CEO
Having lived and worked in five different countries over the past three decades, I have a strong understanding of the expat lifestyle. As a seasoned property investor, with a portfolio built from my first UK purchase in Hackney, I recognised a need for a more streamlined approach to buying from overseas.
I founded APW Property with the vision of being a one-stop shop for expat investors, bringing together all the necessary professionals and services a buyer could need. Our goal is to eliminate the stress, complexity, and uncertainty that often accompany overseas property investment.
We pride ourselves on providing peace of mind and personalised support, understanding the value of face-to-face interactions. This commitment is driving our expansion into new markets, bringing us closer to clients globally.

Building a property portfolio and living abroad have always been my two biggest passions. I began my career in UK property at 18, converting Victorian townhouses into modern flats. That hands-on experience ignited a lifelong love for property and I’ve been building my own portfolio ever since.

I’m incredibly proud of the successes we’ve achieved together with our clients. One of my favourite stories is about a good friend who, after building a portfolio of 60 properties in 60 months, was able to retire early and cycle around the world!
